Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Camphy Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and meaningful experience for all users. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed for services offered through our platform.
1. Scope of Services
Camphy provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Booking of "Being Sessions" (peer-to-peer interactions)
- Subscription-based access to premium features
- Community and wellness-based services
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Being Sessions
Users may cancel a session before it is accepted by a Buddy without any charges. Once a session is accepted or scheduled, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, except under exceptional circumstances. Repeated cancellations may result in temporary restrictions on the user account.
b. Subscriptions
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Technical errors resulting in failure to deliver the service
- Duplicate transactions or billing errors
- Session not fulfilled due to no-show or cancellation by the Buddy
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Dissatisfaction not supported by valid or documented reasons
- Missed sessions due to user unavailability
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process
- Users may request a refund by contacting support@camphy.in
- Requests must be raised within 5–7 working days of the transaction
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., Razorpay, banking institution).
6. Payment Gateway
All payments on Camphy are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Camphy does not store sensitive payment information such as card details.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding payments, users are encouraged to contact Camphy support for resolution before initiating chargebacks through their payment provider.
8. Policy Updates
Camphy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
