Camphy is an AI-powered platform that connects individuals and communities for meaningful real-world interactions through mood-based matching and "Being Sessions." Our mission is to foster genuine human connections in a safe, technology-enabled environment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Camphy platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Camphy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use
• Use the platform respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws
• Refrain from engaging in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities
• Respect the privacy and safety of other users at all times

4. Being Sessions

Camphy facilitates connections between users ("Users") and peer listeners ("Buddies"). Camphy does not guarantee outcomes of any interaction. Users are solely responsible for:

• Their conduct and behavior during sessions
• Choosing safe and appropriate meeting environments

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• Fees, once paid, are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined herein
• Camphy does not store sensitive payment details such as credit or debit card numbers

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Camphy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful behavior
• Are subject to repeated complaints or policy violations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camphy shall not be liable for:

• User interactions or disputes arising therefrom
• Personal, emotional, or psychological outcomes from platform usage
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Camphy platform are the exclusive property of Camphy Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India.

Camphy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
